      Professional Development of Staff:

      • In conjunction with School Head, identify training needs and evaluate instructional professional development training plans, formally and informally both

    Job Description:

      School Improvement Plan:

      • Collaborate with the SHM/HM for conducting a SWOT analysis for the school in conjunction with the Section Heads, School Group Head and Regional Director, articulate a vision for the School and prepare a School Improvement Plan (SIP) and ensure its effective monitoring and support.
